Michigan Online Betting Revenue Surges in July

Michigan’s adjusted online sports betting revenue reached $30.8 million in July 2026, rising 52.7% from the previous month.

The result was also 28.8% higher than in July 2025. The FIFA World Cup may have supported betting activity, although the Michigan Gaming Control Board does not publish revenue figures for individual sports.

The increase came despite a decline in betting volume. Michigan’s online sports betting handle fell 3% from June to $355.2 million.

Online casinos generated $290.7 million in adjusted gross revenue during July. This was 0.5% more than in June and 23.6% higher year-on-year.

Combined adjusted online casino and sports betting revenue reached $321.4 million for the month.

Before adjustments, total gross online gambling revenue stood at $346.1 million. Online casinos contributed $302.8 million, while sportsbooks generated $43.4 million.
